HOW THE FILM WAS MADE
After Billboard writer/director Jamie Patterson and Producer Nathalie Holman wanted to make a smaller, more intimate film. The idea for Confession came through real life experiences of the director, those small moments that you remember after a breakup, the moments that stay with you forever, that’s essentially what this film is, a bunch of moments.
The script took about three weeks to write and went through only two re-writes before a shooting script was finished. There were only two parts to cast in the film, but both parts required talented actors who could express themselves psyically and emotionally as well as work together to make a believable couple. Ray James and Billie Vee were cast in the leads and shooting bagan in October 2010.
With a combined cast and crew of eight people Confession was shot in just three days, averaging a hundred shots a day. The film is due for release in 2011.
